Dr. V. Balakista Reddy, Professor of Law, specializes in International Law with a doctoral dissertation on "The Law and Policy of International Air Transport : A Study of Some Contemporary Issues" from the Jawaharlal Nehru Univeristy, New Delhi. He has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience.
 
Dr. Reddy, an internationally recognized expert in Air and Space Law, has participated and presented papers in various national and international forums. Being a prolific writer, he has also contributed extensively to various national and international journals in different areas of International Law including International air and space law. His two co-edited books with Prof. Bhatt and Prof. V.S. Mani – Air Law and Policy in India (1994) and Recent Trends in International Space Law and Policy (1997) have won International acclaim. At present, he is engaged in various prestigious projects, which include the WTO and India: Issues and challenges and Drafting Space Legislation for India.  He is also visiting faculty to the Asian Institute of Transport Development, the Indian Society of International Law, the foundation for Aviation & Sustainable Tourism and the National Institute of Aviation Management and Research, New Delhi.
 
Dr. Reddy is involved in teaching and guiding of LL.B, LL.M and Ph.D. students at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, including International Law, International Trade Law, International Environmental Law, International Intellectual Property Laws, International Air and Space Law, International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian and Refuge Laws and International Dispute Settlements. He visited plethora of academic centers in air and space law in Europe and USA, and is associated with national proposal to start a center of aerospace law in India.

Professor P.V.Rao an internationally acclaimed Scholar, a prolific writer, and editor. Currently, he is a Professor of political science at Osmania University, Hyderabad. He ia also the Dierctor of ‘Centre for Indian Ocean Studies’ at the Osmania University. Prof. Rao did his Ph.D on “Britain and EEC” (1982) from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Prof. Rao was conferred upon with the prestigious Award (BRITISH COUNCIL SCHOLAR) by the London School of Economics (1978-79). Also a Full Bright Fellow from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and he is also Ford Foundation Visiting fellow to Bandrnaike Centre for International Studies, Colombo (Srilanka), 1995.
 
Prof.Rao Published numerous Articles in various prestigious journals in India and abroad on contemporary issues in political science and international relations. He also published number of books which includes:

Pyla Narayana Rao is currently working as a Research Associate to M. K. Nambyar SAARCLAW Centre, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. He completed his M.A (MHRM) and LL.B from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Later, he was awarded LL.M Degree in 2009, by NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and he is also pursuing Ph.D. from the Same University.

He has successfully compiled scholarly articles on the theme of “Regionalism, Regional Trade Agreements, Multilateralism and WTO” in to six volumes.
