M. K. Nambyar SAARCLAW Newsletter
 

The M.K.Nambyar SAARCLAW Centre has taken an initiative to start a bi-annual Newsletter which aims at providing information regarding the activities of the M. K. Nambyar SAARCLAW Centre. The two  issues of the newsletter, one in January and the other in July every year will explore the legal and economic aspects of the SAARC region highlighting the problems persistent in the field of Law and Trade. Another aim of the Newsletter is to support the endeavour of the Centre by way of inviting and publishing well researched articles on the emerging legal issues in the SAARC Region.

 
Contributions/Comments
We invite your valuable contributions/Comments to the July, 2010 issue (January, 2010 to June, 2010) of the M. K. Nambyar SAARCLAW Centre’s Newsletter. We also welcome short articles pertaining to current trade and legal developments in the SAARC Area. Submission Guidelines for Articles
 
All submissions must adhere to the following requirements:
 
  All submissions are required to be typewritten in the font Times New Roman with 12 points font size, line spacing
    1.15’, justified.
     
  References within the submissions are to be cited as endnotes in the font Times New Roman, line spacing 1.0’,
    justified alignment and font size 10 points.
     
  All endnotes should be in uniform mode of citation.
     
  Articles, case commentaries should not exceed 500-750 words excluding endnotes.
     
  Include a title page with the article title and the author’s name, degrees, affiliation, and contact information.
     
  All articles and case commentaries should be original and unpublished.
     
  Submissions are to be e-mailed in Microsoft Word format (*.doc) at saarclawcentre@gmail.com.
 
 
Evaluation of Contributions
The contributions will be evaluated on the basis of originality, innovativeness, clarity and technical correctness. Authors shall solely be responsible for the accuracy of statements in the article. Any unacknowledged reference in the contribution shall amount to plagiarism and would lead to outright rejection. Submission of contributions/articles/views does not guarantee publication.

The contributions presented to and accepted for publication and the copyrights therein shall be the intellectual property of the M. K. Nambyar SAARCLAW Centre, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
