The M. K. Nambyar SAARCLAW Journal is a journal on legal and economic issues in the SAARC region published annually by the M. K. Nambyar SAARCLAW Centre at the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India. The journal aims to encourage scholarship in the area of Trade laws in the SAARC region by publishing original contributions to the ongoing legal debates in the SAARC region. The M. K. Nambyar SAARCLAW Journal seeks to answer the felt need of lawyers, academicians, policymakers, and students in the field of SAARC Trade and a sophisticated forum where ideas can be exchanged on these issues.
